Our mechanical division is the heart of HABIBCO — fabricating in our own Dammam workshop and erecting on site across refineries, petrochemical plants and power stations. Storage tanks, pressure vessels, pipe spools, structural steel and crane systems, welded to five certified processes.

Each scope runs from reference standards and specifications, under our safety and quality regime, through to handover.
Shop and field fabrication of structural steelwork. Shop fabrication gives assured precision; site fabrication keeps large members and transport costs under control. We run both and advise which suits the project.
Atmospheric and high-pressure tanks, thermal storage, milk tanks, septic tanks and mobile storage tanks — designed, fabricated and erected.
Horizontal cylindrical shell carbon steel pressure vessels with elliptical heads, fabricated to specification.
Fabrication and erection of steel frames, pipe racks and equipment structures for industrial facilities.
Installation of individual systems and district networks, including full ducting and commissioning support.
Sanitary sewers, storm water sewers and oily water sewer systems installed across plant and site.
Supply and installation of complete valve packages integrated into process piping systems.
Field-fabricated and shop-fabricated field-erected spools, with sandblasting and protective painting. We assess on-site profitability case by case.
Monorail, cantilever, gantry and magnetic crane installation — levelled, shimmed, plumbed and torque-verified against the manufacturer's requirements.
Installation of degassing equipment within process systems.
Installation of static equipment and rotating machinery to drawing and contract specification, to the most stringent standards.
TIG, MIG/MAG, SMAW, spot and arc welding across carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel.
